Somehow it's my fault that they're not crediting my account as promised? No apology for not even resolving within 12 weeks. No apology for not crediting (or not) within the promised 6 weeks. Received a somewhat snotty email saying they'd credit me this once (?!!) but in future they'd need additional proof of the purchase from the vendor. Just now I emailed them for cashback that would be "credited within 6 weeks". Sent an email to customer service response was that they'd been notified I had cancelled that order ? Ultimately I had to go back and forth providing multiple order and delivery confirmations before they finally recredited the cashback they'd removed without warning. Happened to notice a few weeks later that my all time cash back had decreased. I've only recently started to notice that they either don't add cashback, or silently remove cashback they'd previously added.įor example.
